The firm was founded in 2007 by Laurent Etter. In 2010, Mr. Etter was joined by Cornelia Seeger Tappy. Mrs. Tappy was formerly an active attorney in Lausanne and has maintained ties with her previous firm. Consequently, we are also able to meet with our clients in Lausanne.

We are attorneys with a great deal of experience and a wide range of legal expertise. We maintain a general legal practice. We strive to protect our clients' interests in a spirit of partnership. Our goal is the satisfactory resolution of disputes, if possible amicably, but if necessary through litigation. Finally, we provide legal services for both individuals and companies, including contract drafting and a variety of business activities.

Our firm's logo was inspired by a decorative piece (a head fitted with a winged helmet). The piece was found in an old safe which was left on our office's premises by our predecessor. We found the symbolism which the wings evoked particularly appealing.
